To be happy with life is the KEY to life itself: This article is going to point out 7 steps to be happy from a overall perspective. These 7 tips can be really helpful to increase our energy and to live a happier, healthier and productive life.

1) Eat nourishing food: Consume a balance of foods from all the food groups to get a range of nutrients to boost yourself throughout the day.  Eat fresh veggies or fruits, especially, leafy greens (and other greens), broccoli, orange vegetables, carrots and sweet potatoes. Eat fish and white meat for healthy proteins and eat 3 ounces of whole-grain cereals, breads, rice or pasta daily.

2) Sleep seven to eight hours a night: Getting the perfect amount of sleep is a important habit that people need to strictly follow. Sleep is one of the best things for a successful energized day.

3) Make sure you surround your self with good friends: Increase the amount of time to spend with positive people around you. Connecting with others who give positivity and have similar interests will help you be happy with life.

4) Avoid news overdose: News is a great way to stay connected with what is happening in the real world. It can be entertaining and educational at the same time. However…The news is can also provide overwhelming stories of suffering and negativity which make forces us towards negativity, rather than all the positive and good things surrounds us.

5) Get regular exercise: Exercise relieves stress and tension, strengthens muscles and boosting endurance for the day. Daily Exercise helps our body to work more efficiently during other physical activities as well.

6) Do something meaningful each day: As human beings we should do something that we enjoy every day. Anything as simple as cooking a meal, or just read a book, these activities can help you keep your calm for the day.

7) Be companionate & kind: The other way to be happy with life is to maintain a compassionate mindset. Its been proven by science that being kind to others is a good way to stay positive in life.
